Not one to do things by halves, Daniel is gearing up for an epic trek all the way from Saint Francis Hospice in Romford to Ghana raising crucial funds for Saint Francis Hospice and honouring his fiancée Caroline in true style. He won’t be travelling alone either as friends and family are jumping in to support him on every step of this incredible journey!
