We started with a party on Sunday with classics from Fatboy Slim, Dee-Lite and Black Box, but quickly moved on to the Soul. Jackie Wilson, Freda Payne, Stevie Wonder and Dusty Springfield were amongst the classic hits played, with new music from Olivia Dean, Nice To Each Other.
Soulful but not Soul saw some Rock, Country and Indie make its way onto the playlist, with Paul Simon, Steve Harley, Hozier and Chappell Roan making their show debut.
We spun back to 2003, with Blue Cantrell, Beyonce and Outkast’s chart toppers, and heard from some of the greatest names in Soul and R&B from across the decades.
