Local Girl Productions presents Oestrogen Assembles
Today I welcome my first guests of 2025, Lauren Bracewell and Julia Stallard from Local Girl Productions. They spoke with me about their upcoming production, ‘Oestrogen Assembles’ being held at the Queen’s Theatre in Hornchurch on Sunday 16th February, and to tell us more about their all-female production company.
Oestrogen Assembles is a montage of different women’s experiences of body image, menopause and all things female related. With a cast of over 30 women, some are writing for the first time whilst others are performing on the stage for the first time.
I also gave some tips on how to stay the course for Dry January and the benefits of giving up alcohol for the month.
