Midway in August and a yet another week rolls past where I try to be all modern and enjoy the fruits of the ever evolving age of intuitive smart technology and it’s supposed time saving methods. I tried, initially in vain and yet in the end succeeded sending a parcel off without access to a home printer to make labels or for that matter, interaction with an actual human [well ‘ish]. The parcel machine, street setup I was pointed to use, took me a long walk to get to and it would not read the supplied QR code, no matter how I tried. So with no humans to help I had to go surf for a guiding weblink and then luckily I found another point for my despatch. So, after another long walk I found another despatching spot that could work, this spot had a human there to guide me and all went well – It kind of defeated the joy of modern smart despatch methods I guess, but at least I got exercise.
So, this weeks chatbit; I asked, When has a modern SMART tech method taken over and failed you but then by being human, you was able to still use it.
