Geezers, Pleasers & Cheesers
This week on Geezers, Pleasers and Cheesers we had our usual eclectic mix from the 70s, 80s and 90s. The Geezers included Marianne Faithful, UB40 and James Brown. The Pleasers were on equally brilliant form and among them we found Pet Shop Boys, Earth Wind & Fire and Gloria Gaynor. As ever there was no way the Cheesers were going to be outdone and they included Dannii Minogue, Howard Jones and Paper Lace.
And as well as all that, we had all our usual features including Trackwards, When Were They….8, Are You A Cover Lover, the Weekend Wildcard, the Mixed Up Mix Tape and the Birthday Bonanza – all before we said So Long with the Long Song. Phew!
